Nominate Your Favorite Charity or Nonprofit Organization to Get An Office Upgrade

As a part of our annual Corporate Social Responsibility program, Wurkwel Ventures selects one non-profit or charitable organization in our community and outfits them with an upgraded office furniture. We believe in creating a better workplace for today’s workers, regardless of budget, through environmental consciousness and sustainable practices. This giveaway is our way of helping those that could use a little help in creating an attractive and functional workspace for their employees. 

The selected organization will receive approximately $23,000 in goods and services towards upgrading their office space. We will begin the design and programming work in early October and organizations should expect to have their upgrade complete by the end of December in time for the new year. Our team with work with the recipient organization to create a floorplan and furniture selections.

How To Nominate an Organization

1. Fill out the Submission Form with all of the relevant information.

2. Include a short write up (2-3 sentences) on why you feel your organization is deserving of being selected.

3. After the submission deadline, the Wurkwel team will review all nominations and select a final 3.

4. The final 3 will be invited to participate in a virtual meeting where you will have 10-15 minutes for a more formal pitch on why you should be the Grand Prize winner!

What Are the Prizes

  • Grand Prize: $23,000 office upgrade, including furniture, design services, delivery & installation.
  • All other nominated organizations will receive a discount towards a future furniture purchase.

Program Timeline

  • Launch: 9/1/22
  • Submission Deadline: 9/15/22
  • Final 3 Selection and Virtual Pitch: 9/22/22-9/30/22
  • Grand Prize Selection & Organization Notification: 10/10/22
  • Space Planning & Furniture Procurement: 10/15/22-11/15/22
  • Delivery & Installation: 12/1/22-12/20/22
